We drove by this sign on Dot Ave. today for a new Mexican restaurant north of Peabody Square. We are so excited, because there are no Mexican restaurants on our side of Dot. We hope to review them soon...Sea Breeze Mexican Grill

Thanks... Although it is slightly closer to Ashmont, we have added your keen point to our post that it is also quite close to Shawmut.
They are now open! Good food and wonderful staff/owners. The passion fruit smoothie is delicious.
We visited Sunday night and the food was great. The waiter and owners were incredibly friendly. We will be doing our write-up soon!
Also, they need help signing a petition to gain a take out license. So, we encourage everyone to go in and sign.
